Ms. Fraser graduated cum laude from the Honors Program at Boston University in 2003, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Biology. Ms. Fraser was named to the Dean's List at Boston University during her junior year. She also spent one semester in London, where she participated in a comparative legal studies program through which she had the unique opportunity to clerk for a British law firm.
Ms. Fraser received a scholarship to attend the University of San Diego School of Law and earned her Juris Doctorate in 2006. While attending law school, Ms. Fraser spent a summer interning for a non-profit organization, Greater Boston Legal Services, for which she earned an Equal Justice Works Education Award. Also during law school, Ms. Fraser interned for the education law team at the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program.
Ms. Fraser began her tenure with the Firm in 2006. Before becoming an associate attorney, Ms. Fraser gained broad experience working on a variety of substantive and procedural issues in a long-pending derivative lawsuit the Firm pursued on behalf of a publicly-traded pharmaceutical company. She was primarily responsible for handling a large document production, supporting the litigation team in working with experts and other general pre-trial activities.
Ms. Fraser became an associate attorney with the Firm in August 2008. As an associate attorney, Ms. Fraser has broad responsibilities working on the range of cases litigated by the Firm, including the litigation of shareholder derivative actions and complex class actions. Ms. Fraser is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
