In one of the largest securities fraud class action settlements in San Diego's history, Robbins Umeda & Fink, LLP, serving as Co-Lead Counsel, was able to secure a $61.5 million settlement on behalf of the class in In re Titan, Inc. Sec. Litig., Master File No. 04-CV-0676-LAB (S.D. Cal.).  This phenomenal recovery amounted to half of the estimated damages to the class and far exceeded the normal settlement amount gained in this type of case.
